FAQs

Are you the right Nutrition Consultant for me?

I am passionate about helping people in their journeys of self-healing and wellness.

I have thirty-nine years experience in consulting with thousands of clients from all ages with various health conditions and concerns.

I have witnessed dramatic clinical results from my clients.

Please read the Testimonials in my website to find out what my clients said about my services and how I have helped them.

I believe everyone has the innate ability to heal and to regenerate given the right set of tools. Only you can take charge of your health.

How do you work?

My service begins with an initial consultation. This meeting is to assess your health status and to determine if alternative methods are right for you. I’ll explain what entails, potential treatment strategies, what to expect and what is expected of you.

Do you offer free phone consultation?

Clients can have free quick phone consultations. If you anticipate that the conversation will last longer than 10 minutes, you may want to schedule an office or phone consultation appointment at regular rates.

What is my time commitment?

Time commitment varies depending on your health condition and potential treatment strategies.  It may require a few office visits for some clients while other clients will invest more time in treatment and follow-up visits.

What is expected of me?

Clients will not be accepted if you have cancer and continue to smoke, drink coffee and alcohol, and eat red meat (on a case-by-case basis) or if you have had excessive chemotherapy and/or radiation.

What are the costs?

The initial consultation costs $85.00 per hour (half the normal hourly rate) and usually takes an hour. Additional time during the initial consultation will be pro-rated at the same hourly rate. Regular office visits are at $170.00 per hour.

Any additional expenses?

My services include a full spectrum blood chemistry with a specific thyroid test, hair analysis, allergy testing using applied kinesiology (aka muscle response testing), hormone testing (as needed) and other applicable testing. Costs vary for different testing.  I may recommend certain protocol.   The cost of supplements used in the protocol cannot be determined until testing is performed.

Acceptable payment methods?

Payment is due when services are rendered. We accept:

  • Cash
  • Checks
  • VISA
  • MasterCard
  • Discover
  • American Express

Policy for returned checks?

There is a $20.00 fee for returned checks.

Policy for past due payment?

1½ % per month interest will be charged on balances over 30 days past due.

Does insurance cover the cost of your care?

This office does not process insurance paperwork because most insurance companies do not pay claims for alternative health care. However, more insurance companies are beginning to recognize the value of alternative care. Check with your insurance company for their reimbursement procedure.

What makes the nutritional supplements better in your practice?

How do I order nutritional supplements?

Orders can be placed by phone 9:30 am – 3:00 pm, Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Thursday or by voice mail 24 hours a day. Orders will usually be shipped out the same day or within 24 hours via UPS ground unless 2nd Day Air or other arrangements are specified. Orders can also be prepared for pick-up at my office.

Return policy on nutritional supplements?

If you decide not to do the program, or have started the program but don’t want to continue, you may return unopened supplements for a full refund. However, opened supplements will not be refunded.

Cancellation policy?

Please have the courtesy to give at least 24 hours notice of appointment cancellation. We reserve the right to charge for appointments canceled or broken without 24 hours notice.

Referrals are available to other specialists and treatment practitioners for acupuncture, chiropractic, mercury free dentists, cavitation removal, chelation therapy, hormone and thyroid treatment, colonics, reflexology, compounding pharmacies, etc.
